At Pasefika Haven, we do our best to ensure all of our customers are satisfied with their products and try to inform our customers of the most suitable products for your needs. Please contact us should you have any doubts at all prior to ordering, we are a small family business and want to look after you as best we can!
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
We do our best to maintain a high-quality standard of products, but should you be dissatisfied with your purchase upon receipt, please email sales@pasefikahaven.com with your concerns and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Please note, that in order to return any items, they must be returned in the condition they were received by the customer. We are unable to accept returns that have been damaged/used after leaving our care. Any concerns around damage or loss that has occurred during shipping should be forwarded to the courier company in the first instance using the tracking link attached to your order. Please contact us should you require assistance with this. Return of items to Pasefika Haven for replacement or refund, will be at the buyers expense.

Your personal details provided on our website, and your privacy, are of utmost importance to us. We will never on-sell your information and take great care when dealing with your personal information in store. Merchant Consignment Arrangements
Merchant Consignment is offered at the discretion of Pasefika Haven. This method provides an opportunity for businesses to stock Pasefika Haven products at wholesale prices, re-sell at your own price, providing Pasefika Haven with payment only once the item has sold to the final buyer (your customers).
Merchants who are granted a Merchant Consignment user account, are able to pay for any consignment sales or pre-order more stock, via the Pasefika Haven website. Delivery is estimated 1-3 weeks depending on location of stock and merchant.
Pasefika Haven retains full ownership of the property until the item is sold to the final buyer and merchant has provided payment to Pasefika Haven. Merchants are able to return any unsold items (in the same condition as they were provided to the merchant) to Pasefika Haven staff at any time should they no longer wish to stock any of our products. Pasefika Haven staff will check-in on stock from time to time, and may request and collect stock if products are not selling at the location.
This arrangement is offered to selected merchants in the Pasefika ethos of good faith and it is expected that Pasefika Haven products are presented professionally, final prices are reasonable for end-users, and the property is well taken care of while in the possession of merchants. Pasefika Haven staff may revoke a Merchant Consignment Arrrangement at any time. Should this occur, all Pasefika Haven property in the possession of the merchant should be returned immediately and any outstanding payments for items sold be paid for immediately also.
